  为此本文结合角色、 agent 、服务等思想,利用面向对象建模技术提出一种基于角色的协同软件开发框架,主要工作有:首先针对成员在开发过程中对角色认识模糊的困难,本文为角色组织了供给和需求两组服务,建立了角色与服务之间的映射关系,通过修改服务集和服务-角色登记表,实现了角色的清晰定义和动态修改,与传统方法相比,清晰角色有利于成员明确自身所承担的职责和拥有的权限;同时为简易成员查找角色的复杂过程,提出一种灵活的角色查找方法,利用角色匹配矩阵和角色推荐算法,匹配出符合成员要求的一组近似角色,降低了角色查找的难度。
